Yes, it’s easy. You can cancel or change your booking via our self-service tool My Bookings. Please, remember to check the hotel’s cancellation policy before cancel your booking. 


To modify a hotel reservation you must send and e-mail to customerservice@catchit.com with 3 working days in advance of the check-in date. We will check with the hotel if is it possible to make the change requested and we will inform you of the conditions.


All the modifications have a cost of £12 plus the difference in price that may be from the hotel. Some reservations are not modifiable: in these cases we will inform you during the purchase process and in the confirmation e-mail.


It is not possible to modify reservations with a non-refundable rate.
