I have booked but I do not receive the confirmation email

In some cases, the confirmation email may take up to 1 hour to reach your email. Wait a reasonable time before contacting us. It can also happen that the email has been diverted to your spam folder. Please check before contacting us.


At any time you can access the My Reservations section in your profile to see the reservations and resend the confirmation email. If you are not registered you can register to access My Reservations.
