Do I have to pay if I cancel the reservation?

During the purchase process, the cancellation policy appears in the details part of the reservation:




Here it is always indicated if the rate is non-refundable or otherwise, until which date the cancellation is free as well as the cancellation costs depending on the advance of the cancellation date with respect to the date of entry into the hotel.



Catchit does not charge management fees for cancellations. You only have to pay the expenses established by the hotel's cancellation policy.



You can check the cancellation conditions of your reservations at any time from the My Reservations section of our website.
