How to cancel a hotel reservation

If you want to cancel a hotel reservation you can do it in several ways:

1.- In the confirmation email of your reservation you will find a link to access the details of the reservation in the "My reservations" section of our website. There you can check the cancellation conditions and cancel the reservation.

2.- You can identify yourself on our website with your email and password if you are already registered or register if you have not yet done so. As a registered user you will be able to access the "My Reservations" section in your user profile and access the information of all your reservations. If you enter the details of the reservation in question you will find the information on the cancellation policy and the option to cancel the reservation.

3.- You can directly access the My Reservations section without identifying yourself and put your email and locator there to access the details of the reservation. There you can check the cancellation conditions and cancel the reservation.
