When making a paid reservation at the hotel, it is necessary to enter a card number as a guarantee for the hotel.


We recommend that it be a credit or debit card with a balance greater than the amount of the reservation, since the hotel can also check the validity of said card. If the card is not valid for the hotel, the hotel may not accept or guarantee the reservation. In this case, we will send you a notification to confirm that the card is correct and that there is no daily/monthly limitation by the bank.


In addition, in some cases, the hotel can block an amount as a deposit, which will be deducted from the price to be paid at the hotel, and in case of cancellation, it will be returned if it is done within the period allowed according to the contracted conditions.


In case of no-show at the hotel without warning or if the cancellation is made after the allowed period, the card can be used to charge the corresponding penalty.
